Mike Mussina helps New York Yankees win seventh straight game: Toronto Blue Jays defeated
By: Peter Chubb | September 13, 2007
Mike Mussina returned in style to help the New York Yankees win their seventh straight game, the Yankees were playing Toronto Blue Jays when they beat the baseball team 4-1. Mussina had lost his spot in the starting rotation as he was not performing well, he then went on to hold the Toronto Blue Jays to five singles, and this is the first win of the month.
This was Mike’s 500th game and it was one of style as he struck out one and he managed to walk three. In the American League East the NYY still trail the Boston Red Sox by five games.
