Sony PS3 firmware 1.93 and PSP 3.71 update coming soon: taking on the Xbox 360

Sony are working very hard to give us all what we want from our PS3 games consoles, in just a few days time the Playstation 3 will have firmware update 1.93. Sony will also release firmware update 3.71 for the PSP.

The firmware 1.93 update for the PS3 will fix the network disconnect problem which was common with the Playstation 3 1.92 update. Many say that these firmware updates is just like getting a new games console.

All of these firmware updates only help the PS3 close the gap between the Microsoft Xbox 360, which has been a long time coming.
