We have just learnt from the Daily Mail that Portuguese prosecutors have asked for the diary of Kate’s diary, the mother of Madeleine McCann. Prosecutors hope that by having the diary will hold the key as to what happened to Madeleine. It is not certain when the diary will be seized by police, but the judge has just a day to grant the request.

It has also come to light that police wish to confiscate all of Madeleine’s toys, this also includes Cuddle Cat which was her favorite toy; this is the toy that mother Kate has been seen holding on to since her daughter vanished. Once the police have the toys they will examine them to see how much of Madeleine’s DNA remains on it, just to see it there is a sufficient amount which could have then been left in the Boot of the hire car.

I have set up a poll to ask whether the McCanns should be allowed access to the fund if they are charged. Click here to vote http://www.votivation.com/poll_madeleine-fund-money

Yes, they should be. If they can prove there innocence, if they are truly innocent……..why hate??????????

Let them do it, we can see whether they are acting parents or not. If something happened to Maddie by them, they already leant a lesson.
If they are completley innocent…..how cruel is this.

They did a mistake, but at the end of the day we need to think, we all are human beings.

  3. Portuguese Judge Mulls Madeleine Mccann Charges

A judge in Portugal has 10 days to consider whether charges should be filed against the British parents of missing Madeleine McCann.

Prosecutors reportedly suspect Kate and Gerry McCann, both 39-year-old British doctors, had a hand in the disappearance of their 4-year-old daughter May 3 from a resort in Praia da Luz, Portugal, while they were out having dinner.

The couple have denied any involvement in the girl’s disappearance.
