BioShock game of the year sets Xbox Live Marketplace record

Announced by 2K Games the publishing label of Two Interactive Software Inc Bioshock has secured itself as the highest ranked game across all console platforms an Metacritic.com, these are the people that review all the scores from all the leading video game publications and websites.

So Bioshock gets a thumbs up from us all, the game set a new record which is awesome on Xbox LIVE as the fastest downloaded game of all time reaching a staggering 1 million plus mark. In just 9 days since the release on Xbox Live Marketplace the brilliant BioShock game outdone and outperformed every other demo release on that service.

Personally I love Bioshock on the Xbox 360 but never did download a demo, the reason for this is because I wanted to sit back and be patient and wait for the game as not to spoil myself. There is nothing worse than playing a demo then getting hooked, then having to wait ages for the full game.
