Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond in another crash at Silverstone
By: Peter Chubb | September 11, 2007 | 3 Comments
Richard and his co-presenters Jeremy Clarkson and James May were all at Silverstone, including The Stig. All four of them were taking turns at racing the BMW 330 DTi Sport, which cost £100,000 and while Hammond was taking his turn at night another car shunted him and he skidded off the track.
Thankfully Richard Hammond was not hurt in the racing incident, but the car sustained some damage but once it was taken back to the pits mechanics were able to repair the BMW and Richard was able to carry on with his race.
