Ron Paul Says: “Pay Off The Country’s Mortgage”, Your Thoughts?

Ron Paul has earned his right as being the president of the internet with his obvious popularity amongst the web. His thoughts and ideas provoke many to question him, whilst thousands are backing his every word with reason.
The unfortunate American policy of “tax, borrow and print [money]” is pushing this country into a financial ruin, says U.S. presidential candidate Ron Paul.
Paul quite rightly said that the country’s financial issues, that he described as a crisis, is one of the more significant problems that is concerning many accross the country.
“This country is mortgaged. Our government is mortgaged,” Paul said during a meeting with The Gazette’s Editorial Board.
“The wealth is not there. The only thing they can do is print more money. We’ve lost three million manufacturing jobs. They’re overseas and they’re not coming back,”
“More taxes won’t resolve the financial woes, but stopping foreign aid would help”, he said.
I doubt by that comment that he meant that all foreign aid was a bad idea, but I can see the point he’s trying to get across. If US were to stop aiding other countries and perhaps started aiding their own country, the financial mortgage crisis wouldn’t be as critical as it is right now.
“The way to neutralize this is to send money to nobody,” Paul said.
Interestingly, Paul noted that most American foreign aid never gets to the poor people it’s intended to help, which is a valid and somewhat worrying point. But the government can’t just halt loans, can they?
Ron Paul has expressed his views to country about the war President George Bush tangled up in, in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“I would just come home. We made a mistake. We went in there under false pretenses. It’s sad. It was not worth 3,300 American lives and 25,000 casualties. We need to change course. We’re continuing to do the same thing — send more troops. Just back off. You don’t need any money for that.”
An interesting fact is that George W Bush, the current president of America, has borrowed more money than all the past presidents combined. More on this can be read here.
Dr Paul seems like a very intelligent man, but would his views really benefit the whole of the states? Do you agree with Ron Paul’s views? Let us know.

Ron Paul is my homeboy.
paul wants us to stop sending money to places like israel - http://www.timeofdeceit.com/?p=15
Yes I agree with Ron Paul’s views. They are the only views based on reality. The rest of the guys have no interest in YOU. They only want their turn at the huge financial pie and be able to steal as much as they can. There is a big club out there and we ain’t in it. That big club likes things the way they are. Ron Paul threatens the hell out of them. More importantly, his ideas threaten the hell out of the them.
While you are in Vegas and ask if a bet is allowed, you can be assured that the bet will be a bad one for you and good for the house. In politics, if the big boys won’t let you hear about a person and ridicule his positions you can be sure those views are good for you (and bad for them).
Ron Paul is the only chance we have of having anything get better for the people. The rest of the thieves are just lining up to see how much more they can make you work and take your money.

And DONATE. He needs money. If everyone who sees this will just donate 20 bucks today….
You might as well donate it while it still has some value.
Ron Paul is the Samuel Adams and Thomas Jefferson of today. He wants to follow the Constitution, and not get involved in the internal affairs of other countries. He wants to abolish the IRS and Federal Reserve so that the U.S. can print its own money, as we were intended to. And he wants to get out of the Middle East immediately. This is why so many Americans (both Republican and Democrats) are voting for him in the primaries and for President.

William D Berg:
I think we should first focus on rebuilding Iraq and building a nation we can be proud of before we look at our own country.
I have to strongly disagree William. The United States government (ie the people) have no business going around the world “nation building”. To say that we should focus on another country’s well being over our own is frightening. Pride and honor are words used to emotionally sway the weak.
I agree with Ron Paul on every point he makes - he is a true patriot and the USA needs him as President.
Ed: I think William was kidding there. LOL
I cannot stop thinking about the bright future we could have if Ron Paul was in charge.
I hope Ron Paul continues to ramp up. It could be the gateway to a golden era, a pax Americana.
Without him, we are lost and doomed.
The only politician to ever get me to give them money was J.F.K. and now this Dr. Paul. I think he knows the truth about how this country works and he has the answers.
I hope and pray for this man because he is speaking the truth and a lot of people are worried about that.I learned alot in my years and men like this man Mr.Paul don’t come around a heck of alot. “Best Wishes’
