New Heavenly Sword Commercial: how Sony Playstation 3 graphics should be

Today with have the new video of the new Heavenly Sword commercial and as I have downloaded the demo like many others, I wish the Sony Playstation 3 graphics were as good as this.
The Sony PS3 has got the power to create graphics in games like that, guess we might have to wait to Heavenly Sword 2 for that.

That is the game. The demo had wicked graphics but they only gave us a very, very short demo. This is just a part of it you have not seen yet, and there is no question the game looks just like this on the right HDTV.
This is one of the must have games of the year on any console. WOW!
Think you need glasses there. I have the demo too and the graphics DO in fact look that good on HD set. Besides, Sony would have enough sense not to put a banner on the ad saying “actual game footage”. They wouldn’t state this it would be false advertising. The graphics in all the reviews (which haven’t been that favourable) are acknowledged as been excellent. Just another person trying to knock Sony…..

Wrong! Only parts of the advert are CG, the rest is the actual graphics of the game. Just accept it!! PS3 is a very capable and powerful machine!
PS3 fanboys getting real desparate for a hit. This is CG just like 90% of PS3 advertising. I was in Wal-mart the other day and looked at the PS3 kiosk only to see Rainbow 6 being advertised. What I seen was a far cry from what is on screen when you actually play it. I know because I have the 360 version whih pwns the PS3’s lack of AA. So yeah you can believe that this trailer isn’t CG but when you get this basic hack-n-slash remember it is the second coming and all that. Hey what happened to that other “AAA” title LAIR? Wasn’t that another second coming game? Man it must suck trying to justify the PS3. I was glad to hear Warhawk did so well with 100,000 copies sold to bad that ain’t shit compared to the 400,0000 first week sales of Bioshock 360 a real AAA. Peace out bitches.

That is not in-game, it is CG. Only the most ignorant of fanboys would maintain that it is in-game and real-time. Why publishers do this I really don’t know, HS especially can face up in the graphical stakes to anything out there on any platform (ok maybe not Crysis) without needing misleading and embarrassing fakery and enhancement.
Yes it is CGi and the same quality of the cut-scenes that are in the game. The in-game visuals are not that far from the cgi. The demo even though was a little choppy and there was no AA is still gorgeous and actually over a year old. There would have been so muck graphical improvements and they would have polished it up to make it smooth. You only have to watch the latest HD gameplay videos to see how much improvement there is over the demo and videos never look as good as from what they’re taken from even in HD. When we get the final complete game we will compare the game to the demo and it’ll show how old the demo was, and how close the game will look to that CG.

DUDE… I OWN A PS3. I OWN HEAVENLY SWORD. THAT IS CG, NOT GAMEPLAY. GAMEPLAY LOOKS GREAT, BUT NOT THAT GREAT. DON’T MAKE ALL SONY FANS LOOK LIKE BLIND IDIOTS.
THE COMMERCIAL IS NOT REAL-TIME!!! … though the real-time gameplay will still amaze
All those complaints about the game being too short and combat system feels inconsistent; You haven’t played the game in Hell Mode and just are too uncoordinated to utilize the combo system and motion controls.
All PS3 owners, this is a must have for your library.
