Jason Bateman Will Not Star in Kevin Smith’s Porno

The rumour that Jason Bateman had been cast as Zack in Kevin Smith’s Zack and Miri Make a Porno has been flying about the internet for a while now, but it seems that there was no truth in the rumour. Bateman has denied the story completely.

Peter Sciretta of /film was able to talk to Jason Bateman at the Toronto Film Festival:

“No, I read that, but no, Not at all. I met him at a coffee bean and tea leaf in LA about three months ago, and that’s about as close to the accuracy of it.”

So, if Rosario Dawson isn’t Miri, and Jason Bateman isn’t Zack, who is in the film? If you have any ideas let us know!
