Is the new Osama Bin Laden video a forgery?

The new Osama Bin Laden video that has been released has got many people talking as they believe that it could be a forgery. The reason that they think that the video could be a forgery is that it video keeps freezing.

References to topics like the 62nd anniversary of the U.S. atomic bombing of Japan, and also the new leader of the UK Gordon Brown are only mentioned while the video is frozen. When the video is playing Bin Laden makes no references to any of the current affairs, which makes people believe that the video could have been made long before the U.S. invasion of Iraq.
