Breaking News: Al Qaeda releasing video of Osama bin Laden presenting 9/11 testament

There is some breaking news that following the video the other day of Osama bin Laden, there is now going to be another that Al Qaeda are saying will show “Osama bin Laden presenting the last testament of one of the September 11 2001 suicide hijackers”.
This new release will be timed to mark the 6th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, according to Sky News.
News of this promised video has been placed as a banner advertisement on an Islamic militant site that is known to be used by Al Qaeda.
The banner shows an image of the black bearded bin Laden that we saw in the other recent video that has been released.
I guess the public wonder not if they are planning another attack, but when this attack will come.
