23 Killed, 140 Injured In Bombing in Mexico: 25 Tons of Dynamite Explode

The explosion has killed 23 people and injured 140, with 30 suffering critical wounds and five were listed in extremely critical condition.
The explosion took place in a factory near Monclova about 125 miles (200 kilometers) northwest of Monterrey.
Although as yet there is no indication that this explosion was caused by foul play, officials are still investigating the cause of the blast.
