Ron Paul’s Internet Army Defend Him: President of the Web

My recent post concerning whether Ron Paul’s popularity was at stake or not with his recent stabs from the media has indeed had a very definite response from Dr. Paul’s army of supporters.
The post, which can be read here, well into 100+ comments all of which are in his defense can indeed clear up that in no way is his popularity dropping with some comments giving the impression that the Fox News treatment has strengthened their vote for him.
The comment given by James shows a different view on the points made in the article which I find interesting:

Sorry, but your post is only partially correct.
Regarding Ron being a hypocrite. Yes, this is true, but he is less of a hypocrite then guys like Romney.
Regarding Ron being an opportunist. Sure, this is also true. But on the other hand, who isnt?
Ron has explicitly said he does NOT believe that 9/11 was an inside job. So, I don’t think saying he believes is conspiracy theories is correct.
Regarding consitutional rights of child predators…well this is a tough one, it may be that he’s interested in maintaining the due process rights of all criminals, as guaranteed by the consitution.
Safer without the CIA. I don’t think he’s a big fan of the CIA, but he recognized the importance of intelligence gathering.
Regarding saying that Iran has no military, well. I don’t know about what Ron said, but you might consider the fact that Iran’s military is probably not capable of serious harm against America.
Ron does not support the war. Its only natural that he would vote for it. — Theres very little to like about the war in general and a vote to defund it seems imminently sensible. Saying he doesn’t support the troops is nonsense if you look at his record of veterans affairs.

It is extremely clear that Ron Paul, even though he may not be the most popular candidate in the odds of betting, sure has some worthy supporters that will stick with him to the end.
Personally, even after all the comments given showing how wanted he is, I do find it hard to see him ever reaching the goal of president of the states. However, if there was a title for the president of the world wide web, we can all clearly see that Ron Paul will have grabbed it by now. Why do I say this?

Anyone who watched the debate and is not a Ron Paul supporter afterwards is a sheep being led to slaughter.Rudy and mitt said nothing but pre-rehearsed responses and never answered a single question without running around it.I am 44 years old, previous Democrat, and donated to my first campign ever after learning what Dr. Paul has to offer.I hope this is the start of a new future as I would also vote locally for anyone with the same ideas as RON PAUL.
Of course we are heading towards economic collapse!

The U.S. is over 53 Trillion dollars in debt, up over 33 Trillion dollars just since Bush got into office!
Ask yourself what Bush and Chaney did with that money?
Consider what the interest payment on 53 Trillion dollars is like!
Consider who holds most of that debt – China!
Consider that the U.S. has to borrow over 2.5 Billion dollars every day just to keep spending.
The question isn’t if the economy will collaspe, the question is when, and it’s probably less than a year away!
