She has already been through both Venus and Serena Williams, so it comes as little suprise that tenis ace Justine Henin has won the US Open, defeating Russian #4 player Svetlana Kuznetsova in straight sets 6-1 and 6-3. The tennis champion called this win the mot satisfying of her career so far, and who can blame her! Henin didn’t play her absoloute best tennis in the final, but then again she didn’t have to. The Russian played the same mediocre error-plagued tennis that gave her a sloppy win over Anna Chakvetadze in the semi-finals. However, she still deserves her credit as there aren’t many players who can win 4 games over Justine Henin!
Are you suprised by Henin’s win? Do you think she’s reached the peak of her career yet?
