The Leather Laptop, A Cool Laptop Mod, Or An Average laptop?

This laptop is selling for $5000, apart from being covered in leather, is this laptop any good? It has an average 160GB hard drive, 2GB memory, a 2.2ghz intel Core 2 Duo, and a 12.1 inch monitor. This laptop should cost no more than $1000. You wold think that with a price tag of $5000 IBM would have added a Blu-ray or HD-DVD drive, but no, it is the same old technology of a DVD writer. It also has windows vista ultimate, whether it will run it well or not is another question. Wouldn’t it just be cheaper to buy normal laptop and do your own leather mod to it?
