Congressman Ron Paul initially seemed like he had a huge reason to smile with his thousands of supporters, known to be mainly based on the world wide web, backing his every decision and following his every word.

However, more people are beginning to open their eyes to see the real Ron Paul as more and more unfolds with some almost ludicrous ideas that he proposes.

My personal opinion is that he’s almost grabbed his ’supporters’ on a leesh and hypnotized them in order to follow and agree with his every idea.

As a follower of politics and current affairs, I am interested in what many politicians and congressmen have to say and how they bring their ideas forward. Also, how these suggestions may benefit myself personally and my community, my whole country on the large scale.

Ron Paul may have won over a tonne of supporters by sweet-talking them but have these people really listened to what Ron Paul is all about?

Here is a list of seven facts that have been put together that show a completely different side to the Dr Paul we are all hearing about.

  • Ron Paul believes in conspiracy theories.
  • Ron Paul votes to protect constitutional rights of child predators instead of children rights.
  • Ron Paul is a political opportunist.
  • Ron Paul is a documented hypocrite.
  • Ron Paul thinks we’d be safer without the CIA.
  • He has said Iran has no military.
  • Paul has voted against funding our troops while in combat.

Many will be interested in knowing whether these ‘facts’ have been spewed out and totally made up in order to ruin Ron Paul’s built reputation, in order to sabotage the support of his people.

Well I can can confirm that there is evidence, quotes, Youtube videos and more in order to support the seven statements made about Ron Paul above, all of which can be found here.

As ever, many people will disagree with the way in which I have presented Ron Paul and I do agree with them in that he obviously has some ideas that can be beneficial to the American way.

His ideas on health care and health insurance interest me and I am glad that he concerned of America’s health service because it is undoubtedly in desperate need of attention. In comparison to Europe’s health insurance and the sort, America is lagging behind and do indeed need to catch up as it really is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. More on Ron Paul concerning Healthcare, here.

However in my personal opinion, I truly believe that a man with the beliefs as mentioned above has no place in a US government.

“More inflation is, however, never the answer to inflation.”

The truth is that business involves risk, and businesses that miscalculate risk should be liquidated, so their assets can be reallocated to businesses that correctly judge risk and make profits.

“Instead, the Fed has injected $64 billion into the jittery markets, effectively amounting to a bailout that keeps these malinvestments afloat, but eventually they will become the undoing of our economy.” said Dr. Paul last month.

Ron Paul brings forth ideas concerning mortgages, businesses and loans insisting that those businesses that miscalculated risks should be liquidated leaving those that judge correctly to rake in the finance. Personally, I don’t think this is fair and thankfully the harsh reality that he sees isn’t existent.

Do you agree with me? Do you disagree with me? Let us know what you think of Dr. Paul.

    You provide NO FACTS!
You and people like you are irrelevant.

  2. Danny says:

shutup douche, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

dr. paul doesn’t want to get rid of the CIA, only the part of the CIA that involves itself in the meddling of foreign governments (look the video up when he was on Bill Maher).

  3. James says:

Sorry, but your post is only partially correct.

Regarding Ron being a hypocrite. Yes, this is true, but he is less of a hypocrite then guys like Romney.

Regarding Ron being an opportunist. Sure, this is also true. But on the other hand, who isnt?

Ron has explicitly said he does NOT believe that 9/11 was an inside job. So, I don’t think saying he believes is conspiracy theories is correct.

Regarding consitutional rights of child predators…well this is a tough one, it may be that he’s interested in maintaining the due process rights of all criminals, as guaranteed by the consitution.

Safer without the CIA. I don’t think he’s a big fan of the CIA, but he recognized the importance of intelligence gathering.

Regarding saying that Iran has no military, well. I don’t know about what Ron said, but you might consider the fact that Iran’s military is probably not capable of serious harm against America.

Ron does not support the war. Its only natural that he would vote for it. — Theres very little to like about the war in general and a vote to defund it seems imminently sensible. Saying he doesn’t support the troops is nonsense if you look at his record of veterans affairs.

    Thanks for an interesting post!

    Best,

    James

    Wow. That was either:

    a. a goofy, ill-researched attempt at “journalism”

or b. a malicious, bordering on slanderous, piece of garbage.

Please, I’m begging you, stay in your mom’s basement and do a little research if you are really seeking the truth. And if you’re not, well, stay in there anyway.

  5. JohnnyB says:

I think that Ron Paul might have you Brits a little bit nervous, after Ron Paul wins you guys and the rest of Europe will have to compete with a strong US economy with a Strong US dollar, and provide for your own national defense instead of just being free riders off of the United States participation in Nato.

Son’t worry we will all be better off after Ron Paul gets into office. Cheers mate!

  6. infragreen says:

RP is none of the seven things you mentioned are accurate.
Soundbite hits for FAUX. Nice job spreading their propaganda.

    “the undoing of our economy.”

I don’t think you took that part to heart, and for all our sakes I hope RP is wrong.

  7. Yourmom says:

    Wrong!

You didn’t even try to come up with an argument to discredit Dr. Paul. You just spouted some crap you read on some other blog.

Learn to spell, then learn to reason, then open your trap.

  8. Edward says:

Actually, Ryan, I think you are a shithead.

And when I say shithead, I mean that you have a head…. and it is full of shit.

I strongly suggest you go back to your civics teachers, and demand they refund your tuition, because they clearly engaged in educational malpractice.

  9. Raymond says:

    Ryan:
WTF are you talking about? You are an idiot!

  10. Robert says:

Wow! Nice baseless smear article. Are you applying for Fox News?
