Two earthquakes hit Taiwan: no casualties but communications disrupted

The first quake happened at 01:51 a.m. local time with the epicenter being 76 km from Taiwan and 27 km deep, the second happened four minutes after and was 10 km further. A spokeswoman for Chunghwa Telecom the top telecommunications carrier in Taiwan has said “All communications are more or less back to normal.”
The best news as said before is that there are no casualties in these earthquake.
