Indianapolis Colts, the Super Bowl champions have started the NFL season opener well as they crushed the New Orleans Saints 41-10. Many of us will know that during the off-season there was not much talk about football itself, but rather the turmoil involving Michael Vick and the scandal of dog fighting, however it seems that the Colts have put this behind them to provide us with a great game of football.
Peyton Manning has got his season off to a great start for the Indianapolis Colts, where he managed to complete 18-of-30 attempts for 288 yards and also three touchdowns. After the game Manning said “This is just one game, it takes 16 games,” he also told reporters “It sure was a good start but that’s all it is.”
Tony Dungy, the Colts coach had said that he is very pleased with his teams start in the NFL season opener against the Saints, but he wanted to take this game in his stride and play down the victory.
