Despite being more on the expensive side, the new Sony Vaio SZ is definitely worth the extra cost. The Sony Vaio SZ comes with a 13.3 inch screen, which holds great contrast and brightness and has a native resolution of 1280X1200. Sticking with it’s output, sitting above the keyboard (with large easy to press keys, rare for a laptop of this weight) are a pair of high quality speakers ready to play your favourite songs and videos. It packs a 1.8GHz Intel Core Duo T2400 processor, 2GB of RAM, a Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 graphics card with 128MB of video memory, and a big 100GB hard drive. Other useful features are the built in 1.3 megapixel webcam, a built in microphone, FireWire and two USB 2.0 ports and a VGA output port.

Despite a price tag of approximately $2,500 this model is definitely worth the money for people who need speed and efficiency in their everyday tasks, such as move watching, video conferencing and word processing.
