So how does Catherine Zeta Jones achieve her slim line figure? Well she says that she uses a combination of healthy eating and exercise.

In her latest role as a New York chef in No Reservations and with gourmet food on the menu she said that she has had to be extra cautious about her fitness regime.

Catherine said that “I have to drag myself to the gym like everyone else, but I do eat sensibly and have lots of chicken,”

Catherine has admitted indulging in her favourite sandwiches during her two pregnancies.

While she was carrying Dylan, who is now aged seven, she ballooned to 13st.

She had an easier time shifting the pounds after the birth of her daughter Carys, who is now four because she followed a rigorous exercise regime she used for her role in the musical Chicago.
