Grant Collier developer of Call of Duty 4 said main competition is Halo 3

Call of Duty 4 developer Grant Collier from Infinity Ward has said that “We love competition.” And what he meant by that was Halo 3 on the Xbox 360 is pretty much their main competition. Collier said that they want to go after who they think is at the top and Grant said that is Halo 3.

He also dais that on the PC games market their main competition would be Crysis, Grant Collier said that on the PS3 Call of Duty 4 will be number for sure.

My personal view is that they have a long way to go if they think they can beat Halo 3, I am not saying that PS3 Call of Duty 4 is a bad game it will be superb, but it Halo 3 just has a huge fan base which makes it so popular.
