Nokia battery not on the recall list explodes and injures woman

The battery was a BL-D3 series, and the Nokia blew up after the cell phone had only been on charge for ten minutes, what occurred nest was a ball of fire that gave the woman minor burns.
Nokia have since stated that the “incident was isolated,” they then went on to say that if they find that both the handset, the battery and also the charger are original then the Indian lady will be compensated.
