Injury Scare For Xavier Mitchell as Cal Football Team Beats Tennessee 45-31

After Tennessee defensive tackler Xavier Mitchell was carried off the field with an injury, the 12th ranked Cal football team swooped to victory 45-31.

The Cal Tennessee was an exciting game, with Nate Longshore throwing for 2 touchdowns and running for a third.

It was a good football game for Nate Longshore as he completed 19-of-28 passes for 241 yards. However Xavier Mitchell was not so lucky as Xavier Mitchell was wheeled off the pitch after Xavier Mitchell collided with another Tennessee football player. Xavier Mitchell was seen waving weakly from the stretcher.
