Your Thoughts on the New NFL Logo

The new NFL logo has been released, the old NFL logo is shown above, but look below for the new NFL logo.
There is no real big change in the new NFL logo. All I can see is that the football is in a slightly different position and there are less stars on the new NFL logo.
On the new NFL logo there NFL is written slightly differently. On the old NFL logo the letters has rounded curves, most notable on the L of NFL but on the new NFL logo there are no rounded curves.
Also, on the new NFL logo, the blue appears to be slightly darker than before and on the new NFL logo the red is brighter in my opinion.
What do you think of the new NFL logo?
Was it really worth changing to a new NFL logo?
The new NFL logo will being use at the 2008 NFL draft.

i think this new commissioner has some serious ego issues, why change a logo that has only been around for 20 years, and there was nothing wrong w/ the traditional lettering or the number of stars on the background,the classic curley que at the end of the L made it distinct from any other pro sports logo. this guy The Ugly the Bad the Goodell has some serious ME issues and THAT in the future is going to have to be addressed, in one form or another.
