R&B star El Debarge arrested for domestic violence: Eldra in L.A. County Jail

It seems that last Sunday R&B star El Debarge was arrested for domestic violence and is currently in an L.A. County Jail. Debarge, real name Eldra last had a big hit back in 1985 with the Motown hit Rhythm of the Night, you might not know this but his brother James was married to Janet Jackson although it was just a brief marriage.

Although the L.A. County District Attorney rejected the charge of domestic violence, Debarge still is not a free man as he has several outstanding warrants these include driving with a suspended license, drugs and also vandalism. With all this previous bail has not been set, so he will have to wait until he goes in front of the judge.
