A law enforcement officer has said that the worst case scenario is that, Nick Hogan might end up facing the charges of gross vehicular manslaughter. This will only happen if police can prove that Hogan was drinking, going too fast or even drag racing. If Nick is found guilty of this then he could face up to 15 years in jail. Witnesses have told the police that they saw a Dodge Viper racing with the Toyota that Nick Hogan was driving and John Graziano was the passenger.
