Ticket information for the initial North American leg of Bruce Springsteen’s upcoming tour with the E Street Band has now been unveiled. Springsteen’s official website has reported that tickets will roll-out on September 8th when on-sales begin for shows in Hartford, CT, Philadelphia, Chicago and Albany, NY.
Sales are scheduled to get underway in other markets through September 22nd.
Out of the shows announced so far, only the October 28th stop in Los Angeles is lacking an on-sale date. The venue hasn’t been announced for that date yet.
Springsteen and the E Street Band are embarking on their first full-scale tour of the US and Europe tour since 4 years ago in 2003. The tour starts on October 2nd in Hartford, CT, which is the same day the band’s new album ‘Magic’ hits stores.
After the band’s 15 North American gigs, the tour will continue onto Europe.
According to a statement issued by Jon Landau, Springsteen’s manager has described the forthcoming album, Magic as “a high energy rock CD. It’s light on its feet, incredibly well played by Bruce and the members of the E Street Band, and, as always, has plenty to say.”
Make sure you head over to iTunes this week and grab your free download of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band’s first single “Radio Nowhere”.
