X Factor star Louis Walsh has just purchased a luxury Maserati GranTurismo

Louis Walsh, the Irish judge from the X Factor has just gone and purchased a Maserati GranTurismo; the luxury car cost £80,000 and will not be released until October. There is a huge waiting list for this car at the moment, but it seems as if the Westlife manager used his fame to get his name down for the Maserati GranTurismo.

As you would expect Louis Walsh was over the moon with the news and had to tell his fellow judge and friend Simon Cowell about his new car.

The Maserati GranTurismo has a 4.2L V-8 engine which produces 400-hp, there is a 6-speed automatic transmission. The car will go for 0-60mph in just 5.1 seconds.
