Star-Struck Prison Guards Face Losing Their Jobs After Hugging Sanjay Dutt On His Release

Bad Boy Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt’s early release from jail could cost nine prison guards their jobs after television footage of the actor’s release saw the guards smiling broadly, shaking hands and even hugging the film star.

An inquiry into the was ordered right away when a senior federal politician saw the footage. Sanjay was released on bail last Thursday, having been sentenced for six years in jail for the illegal possession of weapons supplied by men involved in the 1993 Mumbai bombings.

Judge Pramod Kode revealed that he would hand out copied of the sentences next month. Dutt will then have to return to prison.
