Record 6.8 million Californians (1 in 5) without health insurance

This health insurance figures are from the U.S. Census Bureau and it is for the year of 2006.
Across the USA, people without health insurance is also at record levels, with 47 million Americans living without any health insurance at all.
What is really shocking is that there are 8.7 million children without health insurance in the USA.
The Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, held a private meeting yesterday to discuss the health insurance issue and health insurance legislation.
