Porsche 911 Cabriolet alloy wheel found in Russia: From horsepower to flower power

Ok some people do a nice job when they want to improve their wheels, but painting flowers on them is not one of the best ways to do it. It is as if a hippie has taken the Porsche 911 Cabriolet and forgot about the horsepower of the sports car and gone for the flower power angle instead.
Is this the worst paint job on a set of wheels ever?
