Your story’s headline is incorrect — the Secret Service did not arrest Mr. Duga, the Chilmark Police Department did according to the source story. That’s who filed the police report, thus the arresting agency.
In addition, the charges for which he was arrested, according to the source story, were marijuana possession and breaking into the Menemsha Coast Guard station.
Impersonating a campaign aide is not an arrestable offense, as campaign aides are not public officials.
Hi you are right, i am sorry i have now made some changes to the story and title.
