Friends and family of Kate Moss fear that the model is on a downward anorexic spiral because she is dieting on hot water and green leaves.
Apparently Kate has lost around half a stone over the past three weeks and is virtually not eating at all.
It has been said that many of her close friends worry that she is too thin.
Her break-up with rocker Pete Doherty is the major reason for her downfall, alongside failed contract negotiations with Burberry and Agent Provocateur, the newspaper reports.

I despair that we live in a society where Kate Moss if of any interest to anyone. The level of hype is way above the level of her contribution to the human race.
