The Chancellor Of Germany Arrived in Beijing For official Vist to China

The German Chancellor Angela Merkel arrived in Beijing, China today to begin her official 4 day visit to China.
During the visit, Chancellor Merkel will be having meetings with the Chinese President Hu Jintao and top legislator Wu Bangguo.
Merkel will also be attending the opening ceremony of a series of cultural activities that will be held in major Chinese cities celebrate 35 years of German-Chinese diplomatic ties.
The German chancellor will also be visiting Nanjing, capital of east China’s Jiangsu Province.
This is Merkel’s second China tour since she took the post of German chancellor. Her last visit to China was in May of 2006.
