Ron Paul is without a doubt the main draw at a Republican presidential straw poll that attracts several long shot candidates.

In New Hampshire a large crowd gathered to witness the presidential hopeful Ron Paul, with questioning ranging from from foreign policy to the Federal Reserve’s intervention in the jittery financial markets. The crowds paid little attention to former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Rep. Tom Tancredo.

Ron Paul answered all questions with a minimalist philosophy. “I want to be president mainly for what I don’t want to do: I don’t want to run your life, I don’t want to run the economy and I don’t want to police the world,”

Support for Ron Paul is growing fast, with a wide range of support across the political spectrum, the substantial amount of varied support is rare in todays wedge politics.

Ron Paul known mainly for his anti-war views and reverence for the Constitution, gave an explanation for his diverse support. “There is only one thing — the Constitution and freedom — that brings people together,” he said. “It’s not divisive.”

Yes, Ron Paul is the best candidate for our country’s survival.

It will be interesting to see the other candidates stealing his positions on the issues, and watching the mainstream media giving them credit. Interesting, but sickening. Keep paying attention, America.

I think that Ron Paul is the only candidate who can bring together this country. His message of freedom and liberty is for *everyone*, not just the people in his party or the financial backers. Our country has become so divided because of the overly strong central government. When the Democrats are in charge, the Republicans feel put down, and vice-versa. By curtailing the power of the central government, citizens are able to live their lives and laws can be put in place at the state a local level, rather than the federal level. Conservatives and liberals can govern themselves as they see fit, without having someone on the other side of the country trying to run their lives.

Anyone other than Ron Paul in the White House is just going to further drive the wedge between the left and the right.

I have worked with and for politicians since Senator Proxmire’s 1964 campaign and Ron Paul is the one I most respect and admire.

I have been following Ron Paul’s service to his country, and supporting him, for ten years and in all that time he has been the only Congressman who consistently, time after time–every time–honored his oath to uphold the Constitution.

We couldn’t find a better President. He has my unequivocal support.
