Disney Channel Show Hannah Montana Sued

It has been reported that the Walt Disney Company has been sued by a writer who says the company stole from him the idea for its Disney Channel show Hannah Montana.
The Hannah Montana show about a teenage girl who lives a secret life as a pop star was launched in 2006 and it quickly became Disney Channels top series.
It has been reported that on Thursday Morris Taylor Buddy Sheffield filed suit against the company in Los Angeles.
In the suit, Morris said that he pitched the idea to Disney Channel executives in 2001 for a show about a junior high school boy who led a secret life as a pop star so he has filed charges of breach of contract, breach of confidence, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.

This is not right. Anyone would want to have that show idea. I don’t think that Hannah Montana should get sued everyone loves that show. Why wouldn’t he say something before. Because it became a great sucess!!Who agreese with me?

Ok…this guy who’s suing obviously is just in it to get money. Wanna know why? The show has been going for roughly 2 years now, and this JUST COMES UP?!?! Makes no sense whatsoever.

About time!…..HM not only needs to get sued but she should get a restraining orders from TV cameras so she can just stay off screen. I’m happy HM gets sued. She sounds like a man. But it’s Disney or the guy that made HM that’s getting sued so yeah. I still think Miley should get sued though.
I’m pretty sure its the exact same thing. You can’t just take HM off. She’s gotten so popular. I mean I tried to get her tickets and they were sold on in 20 minutes! Seriously. Shes a star.
