USA’S fury at NFL Atlanta Falcons star Vick

It is without question that in the past some NFL players have been under observation by the police for things such as rape, physical assault and armed robbery. However, at no point has any one player recieved the wrath ofthe entire media, all of the fans, sports writers, even congressman! That is perhaps, until now.Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick now has to face the fire after coming under investigation for dog fighting. And the reason that he has been singled out from the other NFL wrong-doers for his crime? Animals. People say that animals are defenceless, especially dogs, whereas other NFL players, such as O.J Simpson, haven’t committed crimes on animals and so there has been a sympathy for them. With dogfighting, Vick’s getting none, except from the Atlanta branch of the NAACP. He’s now facing jail in what could be seen as an unfair trial, simply because animals were involved.

So, do you think Vick will every regain his reputation? And was it right to punish him mores othan other NFL Players just because animals were involved?
