Venture Vehicles receive $6 Million in Venture Capital for their three wheeled VentureOne

Venture Vehicles are the company who are working on the three wheeled VentureOne vehicle, have just received a massive boost for their program. They have now received $6 million from NGEN Partners for Series A venture capital funding. Venture Vehicles have been very clever with the decision with going for a three-wheeled vehicle as the engineering process is easier and cheaper, and the automotive safety compliance is less strict.
If the VentureOne had four wheels then it would have to go through a series of crash tests, and would have to have many safety systems such as airbags and side impact protection. But as the vehicle only has three wheels it is classed as a motorcycle, the result is a lighter and cheaper vehicle.
