David Schwimmer

David Schwimmer was always my favourite in Friends so it’s always good to see him back on the screen, especially in his latest film “Nothing but the Truth”. The political thriller, written and directed by Rod Lurie (Resurrecting the Camp, the Contender) centres on a female news reporter (played by Kate Beckinsale) who outs a CIA agent and is imprisoned for refusing to reveal her source.

Schwimmer will play Kate’s husband, who starts of by supporting her wife’s decision to not grass on her source but, over time, begins to resent her for choosing a principle over her family.

The film also stars Matt Dillon, Vera Farmiga, Edie Falco and Alan Alda.
