Mercedes Benz could sue the Chinese

Just look at the image above, you will be hard pressed to tell them apart but trust me they are different and Mercedes Benz are not happy. On the left we have the very popular Smart ForTwo, while on the right you have the Shuanghuan Noble which is a Chinese clone. Mercedes are now thinking about filing a lawsuit and wish to sue the Chinese over their microcar.

Mercedes Benz has said that the Shuanghuan Noble is just too similar to the Smart ForTwo, another blow for Mercedes Benz is the fact that the Chinese made Shuanghuan Noble will debut at IAA in Frankfurt next month, but we must remember one fact although the two vehicles are very similar the Noble is in fact a four-seater version. There is also a big difference in the price, as the Noble will only cost 7,000 Euros this will be the cheapest car on the market.

Do you think Mercedes Benz is right to sue?
