Extremely Popular Samsung U600 or the Sony Ericsson W580i

The UK Mobile Contract Tracker charts have shown to hot mobile phones in first and second places.

In the number one spot it’s the extremely popular Samsung U600 which has been unbeatable for the last three months, but now the Sony Ericsson W580i music slider phone has jumped up 19 spots to take 2nd place in just 2 weeks.

Could this phone be the one to knock the Samsung U600 from its long-standing pole position?

I am not sure how much Carphone Warehouse has had to-do with the Sony Ericsson W580i success, but by them offering a free Nintendo Wii with the W580i on an 18-month O2 contract has helped.
