Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard Update: Xvid codec support rumored

The first list of features that the Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard Update could include is Xvid codec support, more is planned but this is the one that has gotten the most attention. There are also some other great possibilities such as, integrated clan functionality, IPTV support, XBLA blade, improved slideshow effects, a PIP setting and integrated clan functionality.

It is not known how much truth there is in this rumor, but is the there was to be an Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard Update with an included Xvid codec then this could be a very compelling prospect.
