In fact the Shuttle Landing Facility at Kennedy Space Center, Fla is all ready for Endeavour to come home and the landing time is scheduled for 12:32 pm EDT.
The STS-118 crew have finished the final preparations and the payload bay doors are now closed and about now Endeavour should have fired the engines for descent to earth.
If the controllers (Pilot Charles Hobaugh and Commander Scott Kelly) decide to pass on the first opportunity a second one is available at the Florida spaceport.
