Ten years ago, Paul Thomas Anderson was branded as the next big director to emerge from the 70’s generation of filmmakers. Anderson hasn’t made a film since 2002’s Punch-Drunk Love.
His adaptation of There Will Be Blood will hit theatres later this year but the question is: Will he disappear again for the next ten years leaving us with a serious lack of Anderson hit films?
Maybe not, the director has said, ““I’m writing something new now — and I actually like it. I know that will end.”
