Jessica Simpson and Jessica Alba share diet tips

It has been reported that actress Jessica Simpson who is 27 says that “Skipping my strenuous workout routine is never an option she said that I basically work out two hours a day five to six days a week.

Jessica said that “Last night I got to go to the gym at ten and I was on the treadmill for an hour. I have a white-girl bootie so to lift it a bit, I do three sets of 20 reps of squats, lunges and jump squats. They kill me, but they really work.”

Jessica Alba who is 26 is said to take her diet seriously to keep in shape too

Jessica Alba said that “When I eat breakfast I’ll have an egg-white omelette and fruit, or cottage cheese and a peach.”

Looks like both these Hollywood stars like to make sure that they are eating the right things and that keeping fit is the way to be for both of them.
