Cereality: The Next Big Franchise Success?

Cereality Cereal Bar & Cafe was recently purchased by the franchising giant Kahala-Cold Stone.
Cereality has been enjoying a fair bit of success these past few years but by being acquired by this large franchise company, do you think Cereality will be able to join the major leagues of successful franchise businesses.
Although Cereality had to close down two of its stores after the acquisition by Kahala-Cold Stone, it looks like the company is looking to really expand and build up a brand name for themselves and Cereality may even get so large that they look to raise capital on the stock market.
Cereality is a unique idea, but can it become a very successful one?

I think they’re missing some pieces, but I suspect they (Kahala) know that an have plans to build this theme into something strong.
