Epson Stylus Photo RX680
Today Epson launched three new additions to its Ultra Hi-Definition printer line – the Epson Stylus Photo R280 photo printer, and the Epson Stylus Photo RX595 and RX680 all-in-ones.

Designed especially for photo enthusiasts and creative hobbyists, these printers easily produce exquisite photos and handle everyday printing needs, allowing consumers to unleash their creativity, express their personalities, and print just about any project imaginable.

Epson Stylus Photo RX595

The new photo printer and all-in-ones use Epson’s Claria Hi-Definition Inks, which produce gorgeous glossy photos that are instantly dry to the touch, as well as smudge, scratch, water, and fade resistant. All three models have several unique features, including Epson’s Auto Photo Correction feature to automatically correct dark, backlit and washed-out photos, fast print speeds, ability to print borderless photos in all popular sizes, and Epson’s one-of-a-kind CD/DVD printing capability.

Epson Stylus Photo R280

The top-of-the-line Epson Stylus Photo RX680 photo all-in-one offers all the unique benefits that the Epson Stylus Photo R280 and RX595 offer, but with a few more useful features – all for less than $200. Not only does the RX680 offer the Auto Photo Correction feature, but users can preview photos in need of correction on the 2.5-inch color tilt LCD before the image is corrected, giving the user more control. In addition, this all-in-one features duplex printing and has front and rear paper trays to allow users to put photo paper in one tray and plain paper in the other.

I just bought the R280 for printing on DVD’s and it works just fine at that. But when I try to print paper I get an error saying the printer cover is open and it’s not.

    Any ideas?
