Bruxism Sleeping Disorder: grinding or clenching of teeth during sleep
Many of you will be thinking what is Bruxism?

Well if you find yourself waking up with sore jaw muscles or a headache it maybe because you are suffering from bruxism which means that the grinding and clenching of teeth.
Bruxism is known to destroy the surrounding bone and gum tissue and it can also lead to problems involving the jaw joint, such as temporomandibular joint syndrome TMJ.

Many of you out there will not realise that they have the disorder because they think that it is an unconscious habit.
They may not even realize they’re doing it until someone comments that they make a horrible grinding sound while sleeping.
Other potential signs of bruxism include aching in the face, head and neck.

Bruxism can be treated depending on what is causing the problem in the first place.
