While Kevin Federline is partying it up in Las Vegas this weekend his lawyers are still working on his case and it has been reported that they have served Promises Rehab Facility where Britney spent a month getting help.

It looks like that they are pursuing all relevant evidence from every potential source and every available witness does Britney stand a chance of keeping her kids?

Looks like that Kevin is trying to get more and more people on hi side so that he will be granted full custody of his boys but where will this leave Britney?
