Joel Madden Proposes To Nicole Richie

Earlier this week we reported that Joel Madden was planning Nicole Richie looks like it has come true.

It has been reported that Joel was playing a gig at theClarendon Ballroom in Virginia when a local radio DJ went on stage after the concert and thanked the Madden brothers for performing and announced to the crowd to give a warm congratulations on the engagement of Joel and Nicole.

Their reps have not yet confirmed their engagement so it seems like its going to be another guessing game.
