Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco
The Transamerica Pyramid, although not the most well known of buildings in the world, but it is the most recognizable skyscraper in the San Francisco skyline. For those of you who do not remember the Transamerica Pyramid was built on the same historic site as the Montgomery Block.

The beautiful looking skyscraper has a height of 26 meters, that 853 feet, there are 48 floors which are being used as an office building. Work began on the building in 1969 and by 1972 the Transamerica Pyramid was finished. At the present the Transamerica Pyramid, is the 88th tallest building in the world.
